Schönes Interview mit einem sympathischen Andreas Damson. Vor ca. 12 Jahren hab ich mal ne Reiseveranstalterausbildung gemacht bei ihm. Bin dann doch einen anderen Weg gegangen, hab es aber noch gut in Erinnerung. Nur die Frisur hat sich verändert 🙂
Herzlichen Dank an beide. Man spürte diesen Freiheitswunsch hinter allem, bloß nicht zu viel regeln ;-)) Das kann ich sehr gut verstehen. Doch ich durfte feststellen, dass ein bisschen Struktur und eine Ausrichtung/gemeinsame Vision für mich wichtig wäre. Ich glaube – Menschen, die auch gut alleine sein können, können auch in einer Gemeinschaft Stabilität bieten. Diese Balance hinzubekommen – scheint mir der Hebel.
Noch einmal Danke – das offene Gespräch regte an, in Selbstreflexion zu schauen, was ist mir eigentlich wichtig. Ist gar nicht so einfach, wenn man solch‘ einen Schritt anstrebt.
