Gerade am Schluss hatte ich die gleichen Erkenntnisse und mir selbst die Frage gestellt ‚bist du vielleicht wie deine Eltern oder Großeltern dem Neuen, der digitalen Welt und der KI, altersbeingt ablehnend und ängstlich gegenüber??? Ja zum Teil schon aber nicht Grundsätzlich!
Ich für mich habe festgestellt das ich schon länger nicht jede „Mode“ mitmache, da manche Dinge die erfunden werden nicht wirklich Lebenswichtig sind und Lebendigkeit im eigendlichen Sinn ermöglichen oder herbeiführen und fördern.
Braucht es ein elektr. Brotmesser, brauche ich ein Smarphone, brauche ich einen Chip um mich zu verbinden. Ich glaube nicht und deswegen habe ich diese Dinge auch nicht! Ich bin zufrieden im Kontakt mit der Natur und den Menschen so wie es stattfindet (wenn man uns lässt). Ich glaube es ist einfach eine Entscheidung. Man kann sich auf den Weg machen und diese Verbindung die jetzt „künstlich“ erschaffen und beworben wird auch mit den Anlagen die man als Mensch in sich trägt „erleben und herbeiführen“ es ist allerdings nicht unbedingt auf Knopfdruck zu erreichen, könnte sich aber lohnen dafür loszugehen 😉

das Bauchgefühl hören. Wenn man gegen SICH handelt, ist niemanden gedient.
Thema Angst: Achterbahn fahren – weil der Kick gebraucht wird, oder sich bewußt der Angst stellen und diese bewußt überwinden; ist mit jeder neuen Herausforderung so. Zukunft: Fast alles, was neu ist u. was man der Mensch nicht kennt, macht ihm Angst. – Bis zum Ende – offen bleiben – insbesondere für die Technik. Thema Depression: Sich im Inneren stellen/Bewußtseins-Arbeit, Mischung von Sport, Natur (Sauerstoff), Tieren, gesunder Ernährung und natürlich; Kontakte, Gespräche suchen (möglichst mit Menschen, die nicht ständig in die Bewertung abrutschen.
